Terms of Service („Terms“)

These Terms will not be edited without a 12 hour notice in our Discord Server Announcements.

Introduction
Drunk Bartender owns and operates the https://drunk-bartender.org website and Drunk Bartender Discord Bot. The bot functions on Discord (the „Platform“). We do not charge you for using our services. It is free to use and you can always add it to your own server by going to our webpage and click „Invite the bot!“. By using our services, you implicitly agree to our terms and you may always stop using the services at any time if you don´t agree to these terms.

Service Terms

While using the Service, you also agree to obey the rules of the Platform. These rules can be found on Platform´s Terms of ServiceDiscord ToS and on Platform´s GuidelinesDiscord Guidelines We are not responsible for any real-life or virtual damages by your use of the Service We have the right to collect selective data which may include:

  • guild names
  • guild ID´s
  • user ID´s, usernames and user tags
  • message content
  • guild channels
  • executed commands

We do not, and will not sell any data that is collected commercially, or privately and all that is collected shall only be used for the functionalities of the bot.

The data collected may be permanently stored, unless an exception is made. If you would like the deletion of your data, please contact a Council Member. If you do not wish to follow this policy, you are then not permitted to use our bot or any of its services.

We have the right to blacklist you for the following reasons:
  • Repeat Troll Ordering
  • Sexual Orders
  • Racism
  • Bodily fluids
  • Hateful orders
  • Illegal content
  • Checmical orders
  • Medicine
  • Drugs
